Meet the Team
Small, but growing our team has two main things in common: 1) A deep passion to help reverse the effects of climate change 2) A sense of urgency to innovate, educate and support a change in consumer behavior moving from single-use to reusable. Human's have been reusing products and packaging since the dawn of civilization and if it's worked for thousands of year, let's bring it back in full force. One of our driving mottos is "what's old is new again"
Mitch Barlas
Mitch is a sustainability entrepreneur who believes that planet, people and profit can all equally thrive and scale in a business. Mitch is passionate about providing single-use to multi-use solutions that support people and companies moving toward more environmentally sustainable practices—in easy, convenient and impactful ways. He is the founder and leader of Bagito.co, Revolusation.co, Power2sustain.org and WeUse.eco. Mitch is a big fan of the great outdoors and lives in Santa Cruz near the beach, where he can't help himself from picking up trash every time he hits the sand.
Bobby
Bobby loves to figure out operations flow and is an experienced operations and finance professional.
Joey
Joey is our packaging and product engineer who did not know that he had a passion to figure out alternatives to single-use.
Anne
Anne loves nature and systems thinking and is our project reuse and logistics coordinator.
Haley
Born and raised in the Santa Cruz area, Haley is part of Gen Z and cares deeply about helping others to sustain our planet. She carries this message as the team’s marketing leader.
