Aeration

Here we are in the middle of spring, did we even have a winter? I do remember a few cool days here and there but this was a very pleasant winter for us. We were able to play outside most of the days and enjoy the yard. We've been studying birds this year and it has been so much fun watching all the birds migrating back in to Texas. If you haven't noticed them, I encourage you to spend some time outside and enjoy the songs as the call to their mate and the fun whirling of feathers as they fly around chasing each other.
While your out there, take a minute to look over your lawn. Spring is a great time to prepare your lawn for summer. One of the very best things you can do is aerate each year. Aeration pokes holes in the ground allowing air, water, and food to get to the roots of the grass. If the soil gets too hard and compacted from heat and drought the roots won't grow as well and the grass will struggle and thin out.
We are aerating right now, you're not too late to get on the schedule. We have a few spaces left before it becomes to hot to aerate any longer this spring. We work with a very small window and I don't want you to miss out. Call us today to get on the schedule. Most yards are just $95 and that's well worth the money you'll save by having less water run off, not to mention the thicker grass that will look healthy and green this summer. Call now, 817-504-3816, and make sure your yard receives this vital service and while you're at it, ask Susan about top dressing and see if that's something she thinks you might benefit from too.
Enjoy your spring and don't forget to spend some time outside watching the birds and remember to call us about your aeration service!
